Supporting Open Educational Practices


I support faculty developing accessible, inclusive open educational resources (OER) such as free, open textbooks and online courses. The projects below are collaborative projects with subject matter experts, instructional designers, multimedia developers, editors, EDI and Indigenization experts, reviewers,  and student partners.


Psychoactive Substance Use and Social Policy


This course provides a critical exploration of social factors affecting our understanding of psychoactive substances (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, opiates, cocaine, psilocybin, club drugs, etc.), their use and relevant social policy.




On Death and Dying


This course provides a critical exploration of a variety topics related to the study of death and dying.




Pension Finance and Management Open Textbook


 This open textbook is a living document of knowledge and skills needed by finance students and professionals to design, govern, and invest financial resources from savings set aside during the working years.
