About


Nobuko Fujita (she/her) is a Learning Specialist in the Office of Open Learning (OOL) and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education, University of Windsor. 

The University of Windsor sits on the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, which includes the Ojibwa, the Odawa, and the Potawatomie. As a settler, I am grateful for the opportunity to live and work on these lands and waters. I am committed to critically reflecting on the truth and journeying the path forward towards reconciliation.

Learning Specialist

For the past decade, I have collaborated closely with faculty, staff, student partners, and my team to support the design of accessible, inclusive and engaging digital learning experiences. My learning designs are evidence-informed and committed to equity, diversity, inclusivity, and Indigenization.  See some of the projects that I contributed to on the Projects page.

Adjunct Faculty

  I have successfully collaborated and co-authored with researchers from many of disciplines, such as Business, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Information Science, Linguistics, and Psychology.
